Patent is an ownership document provided by the legal authority to the person who invent. This patent legal document is the right of the inventor to make, sell  for specified number of years. We cannot apply for patent for all new things. For applying a patent it should be

·         Novel: Means the invention should not previously existed.

·         Non Obvious: Means invention should improve the existing technology.

·         It should be applicable to industrial manufacturing.

·         It should not be illegal or immoral purpose.
